We collect the email address you provide for account registration, decision inputs and dispute parameters you submit to the engine, and your responses to the initial Cognitive Profile Matrix audit. We also collect basic usage analytics to monitor system load. We do not sell your personal data.

[ 02 // HOW WE USE INFORMATION ]

Your data is used to render strategic directives, maintain your clearance tier, process Retainer payments, and map your psychological architecture for optimized engine output. Inquiry submissions are reviewed internally and are not shared with third parties.

[ 03 // SUB-PROCESSORS ]

Your text, voice, and image inputs are transmitted over encrypted connections to these sub-processors: (1) Large Language Model providers (including OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic models, routed via the Base44 AI gateway) for directive generation; (2) ElevenLabs for synthetic voice output; (3) OpenAI Whisper for transcription of voice depositions; (4) Stripe for payment processing. Each is engaged strictly as a data processor, under API terms that prohibit the use of your inputs to train their public models.

[ 04 // THIRD-PARTY BILLING PROCESSORS ]

Retainer subscription billing is processed by our secure payment provider (Stripe) under their own compliance standards. Bias & Associates does not store or process your full credit card details on our servers.

[ 05 // DATA RETENTION & ERASURE ]

Dossiers, reframe cases, decode logs, and messages are retained for the lifetime of your account. Voice depositions and DECODE screenshots are uploaded to encrypted private storage, accessed only through short-lived signed URLs, and their references are never persisted after processing. You may export all of your data as JSON and permanently delete your account and every associated record at any time from the profile menu; erasure cascades instantly across all modules and cancels any active Stripe subscription.

[ 06 // COOKIES & LOCAL STORAGE ]

The Service utilizes local browser storage strictly to recognize guest limit thresholds, disclaimer and AI-processing consent, language, theme, and audio preferences. Non-essential usage analytics are initialized only after you explicitly allow them via the consent banner; declining keeps analytics disabled. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are deployed.

[ 07 // SECURITY ]

We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access. Do not submit highly sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) into the arbitration engine.
