Bias & Associates provides a satirical, algorithmic arbitration engine designed to render non-binding directives, psychological profiles, and somatic regulation protocols. The Service is provided for entertainment, strategic, and novelty purposes only. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or clinical mental health advice. The Service is not a substitute for professional therapy or crisis intervention.

[ 02 // ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS ]

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

[ 03 // ACCOUNT CLEARANCE & BILLING (RETAINER) ]

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Standard Clearance: Users are granted a one-time Welcome allowance, followed by a regenerating weekly allowance. Unused weekly directives do not roll over. Retainer Subscriptions: Paid Retainer subscriptions ($4.99/mo) grant unlimited access to the engine's heavy modules. Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your Retainer at any time via the 'Manage Subscription' portal. Upon cancellation, unlimited access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. The Firm does not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

[ 04 // EXTERNAL ARBITRATION & USER CONDUCT ]

Certain utilities (e.g., [MOD.03] SETTLE IT) allow users to generate and send arbitration links to third-party opponents. You agree to use these features responsibly. You may not use the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or dox any individual. The Firm reserves the right to terminate accounts that abuse the arbitration infrastructure.

[ 05 // USER DATA PROCESSING & AI SUB-PROCESSORS ]

Text, voice, and image inputs submitted to the engine are transmitted through secure, encrypted APIs to vetted AI sub-processors — including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, and OpenAI Whisper — and are processed on a strictly transient basis to generate the requested outputs. Submitted data is never sold, licensed, or transferred to third-party data brokers, and is excluded from model training: each sub-processor is engaged under enterprise API terms that contractually prohibit the use of client inputs to train their public models. The Firm retains no raw copies of voice depositions or visual evidence beyond the processing window.

[ 06 // INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ]

All content, directives, transcripts, interface designs, and branding generated by or for the Service remain the property of Bias & Associates. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service output without written consent.

[ 07 // MODIFICATIONS ]

The Firm reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service and these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

[ 08 // GOVERNING LAW ]

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
